How did you become interested in making cross stitch patterns
My best friend who passed away got me started cross stitching nearly 30 years ago. In a large part, I do this in honor of her memory. Also, I know what I look for in a cross stitch pattern - something unique and fun. That's what I set out to create for my customers. If I wouldn't stitch it either for myself or as a gift, then you probably won't find it in my shop. Hopefully there are some people out there with eccentric taste like mine.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, I don't accept returns. Do reach out to me if you're having problems downloading a chart though and I'll do all I can to help you out. You'll need Adobe or another PDF reader to read the chart but it's available for free online.
Will I receive this chart in the mail?
No. These charts are download only. Once you receive the pattern you can easily print it from your home computer, at the library, or an office supply store.
